Throughout her career, Saskia has led enterprise-wide strategies spanning organizational development, fundraising and revenue diversification, board partnership, marketing and communications, financial stewardship, community engagement, and talent development.
Saskia has served as a senior executive and trusted advisor within healthcare, human services, and national advocacy organizations, partnering closely with Boards of Directors and executive leadership to shape long-term strategy and deliver measurable results. She has overseen multi-million-dollar fundraising portfolios, strengthened organizational visibility, and guided teams in modernizing systems, communications, and engagement strategies to meet both current and future community needs.
Her executive experience includes leadership roles with the National Kidney Foundation, Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, the Tourette Association of America (National Headquarters), and the YMCA of Long Island.
