Dr. Matas will employ Serial Non-Invasive Plasma gene Expression Reconstruction, which utilizes ctDNA to access the transcriptional landscape without the need for RNA, with a ChIP-seq approach optimized for ctDNA analysis to identify specific histone marks and chromatin dynamics in breast cancer patients undergoing targeted therapies or immunotherapy.
