Hannah Uckelmann, PhD

Dr. Uckelmann is studying how nucleophosmin mutations in acute myeloid leukemia lead to epigenetic changes that shift pre-leukemic and leukemic cells to a dependency on the histone methyl transferase, MLL1, and its adaptor protein, Menin and how this dependency can be exploited in treatment strategies.
